Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Signature Bakes by Gabriella. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Orders

Order Placement: Orders must be placed at least 14 business days in advance of the desired pickup date.


Custom Orders: All custom orders require detailed specifications to be provided by the customer. We will confirm the design, flavours, and any other specifics before proceeding with the order.


Order Confirmation: Your order is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email or message from Signature Bakes.

Payments

Deposit: A  75% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at pickup.


Payment Methods: I accept payments via cash and bank transfer.


Final Payment: If the final payment is not received by the due date, Signature Bakes reserves the right to cancel your order without a refund of the deposit.

Cancellations
& Refunds

Cancellations by Customer: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 7 business days before the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.


Cancellations by Signature Bakes: I reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.


Refund Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are generally not available after pickup, unless there is a clear defect in the product.

Pick Up

Pickup Location: Orders can be picked up from Petts Wood, Kent. Please arrive at the agreed-upon time to ensure your order is ready.


Late Pickup: If you are unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability outside of the agreed window.

Product Quality and Liability

Allergy Information: My products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. I do my best to accommodate allergies, but cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.


Product Quality: I am committed to providing high-quality products. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt.


Liability: Signature Bakes and Gabriella are not liable for any damage caused by improper handling, storage, or transportation after the product has been picked up.

Changes to Orders

Modifications: Any changes to an order (e.g., flavor, design, or pickup date) must be requested at least 7 business days in advance. I will do my best to accommodate changes, but they are not guaranteed.


Additional Charges: Changes to orders may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and must be paid prior to the order being fulfilled.

Intellectual Property

Design Ownership: All custom designs created by Signature Bakes remain Gabriella's intellectual property. I reserve the right to use images of your order for marketing and promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the customer.


Content Usage: Any content (photos, text, etc.) provided by the customer for custom designs must not infringe on any third-party rights.

Changes to Terms

Signature Bakes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
