How do I place an order?

You can place an order by contacting me through the website. Be sure to include all the details of your order, such as the type of cake, flavoUrs, design, and the date you need it by. I recommend placing your order at least 14 in advance.

What is your payment policy?

I require a 75% non-refundable deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at time of pickup. I accept payments via cash or bank transfer.
 

Can I customise my cake?

Absolutely! I specialise in custom cakes. You can choose the flavour, design, colours, and any special decorations you’d like. I'll work with you to create a cake that perfectly matches your vision.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

I do my best to accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free options. However, please note that all products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, so I cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For standard orders, I recommend placing your order at least 14 business days in advance. For larger or more complex custom orders, it’s best to contact us as early as possible to ensure availability.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. I can usually accommodate changes up to 7 days before your pickup date. However, last-minute changes may not be possible, especially for custom designs.

Where do I pick up my order?

All orders are available for pickup at Petts Wood, Kent. Please arrive at the agreed-upon time to ensure your order is ready. If you need to adjust your pickup time, let us know as soon as possible.

What happens if I’m late for my pickup?

If you’re running late, please contact me right away. I'll do my best to accommodate a later pickup time, but keep in mind that I may not always be able to hold your order beyond the scheduled time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before your pickup date to be eligible for a partial refund. The deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations made after this period may not receive any refund.

Can you replicate a cake design from a photo I provide?

We can use photos as inspiration and will do our best to replicate a design. However, please keep in mind that each cake is handmade, so there may be slight variations in the final product.

Do you offer tastings?

Tastings are available for larger orders such as wedding cakes. Please contact me to schedule a tasting session and discuss the available flavor options.

How should I store my cake before serving?

Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If your cake contains perishable ingredients, such as fresh fruit or cream, it should be refrigerated. I recommend serving your cake at room temperature for the best flavour and texture.
